I've ordered the same item twice. The first time my order didn't arrive and I was given a store credit / voucher. Post lockdown I tried ordering it again, this time paying a premium for courier and still my order didn't arrive. A prompt email ensured me everything will be ok: "Hi Brandt, Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear your Scarf hasn’t reached you yet. No worries, I'm here to help. I’ve had a look at the tracking of your Scarf and it looks like it is lost. We certainly expected your Scarf to be with you by now, so I went ahead and organized a free replacement order for to this address: xxxxx You can follow its progress until it ships using order number xxxxxxx. When it's heading out the door, you'll receive a shipping notification email. Your replacement order should be with you by 24 November 2020." No notification received of 3rd order shipping, nor can I track my order ("Redbubble is experiencing technical difficulties. Our team of talented engineers are working hard to fix the issue and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back soon.") Redbubble seems to me to be a scam. I strongly recommend NOT using them
