“I ordered two t-shirts. The first arrived with a tear in the seam down one side. The second, a different brand of t-shirt, was about three sizes smaller than the first. It also had a stain on it. I can find no way to return either shirt. Redbubble makes it impossible to do returns. I hate this company and will never order anything from them again. And, this won't even allow me to.upload my photos showing these terrible shirts.”
“Ordered some stickers at the end of February. Waited past delivery eta before complaining to customer service. They re-sent them out for free. Waited another week or two. Still haven’t received them. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. Tracking number doesn’t work either. Starting to think it’s not even a legitimate company.”
“Ordered a poster, paid over $26 for it. Went to put it in a frame and the glass barely touched it, has a big scratch on it now and is trash. It is very poor quality, looks like something I could have printed myself on a home printer. First and last order Redbubble order.”
“I had a really disappointing experience with Redbubble that left a sour taste in my mouth. I opened two accounts—something I thought was fine after a quick check—and linked the same PayPal to both. Turns out, that’s a huge no-no in their rulebook. Fair enough, it was an innocent mistake on my part; I wasn’t trying to scam anyone or “game the system.” I just didn’t realize it’d be such a big deal.
What stings is how harshly they handled it. Both accounts got permanently banned, no warning, no chance to fix it. I would’ve happily deleted one if they’d just asked, but instead, I got a swift rejection on my appeal and a stern “don’t ever make another account” notice. It feels like overkill—like they assume everyone’s a bad actor and punish you without a second thought. A simple heads-up could’ve sorted this out so easily.
I get that they have rules for a reason, but the zero-tolerance vibe and lack of flexibility really rubbed me the wrong way. It’s a shame because I was excited to create and share stuff on there. Now I’m locked out for good over something that feels so minor. If you’re thinking of using Redbubble, I’d say proceed with caution—triple-check their policies, because one slip-up, even an honest one, and you’re done for.”
“Ordered comforter with a beautiful Lilly Pulitzer print shown in add. What I received was a BLURRY MESS. They did give a credit not refund so I tried another artist…..nope just as bad and now I can’t get a credit either.”
“I just received two sets of different pillows covers and they look SO CHEAP (which they were NOT) AND THE COLORS ARE NOT AS PICTURED.
Very Disappointed!!!”
“I have had my account for years. I recently uploaded some new work and out of nowhere they suspended my account. They will not give you a reason or a way to fix it. They will only send you a list of potential reasons why they might suspend an account in general.
1. There was fraudulent activity connected to the account
- there wasn't. But hypothetically if there was, wouldn't you give the user the option to get a new password and restore their account since their account could have been hacked?
2. The account was found to be in violation of our User Agreement and/or other published content policies;
- I don't believe I am, all my work was made by me, and the fact that there is no warning or explanation of what was in violation seems highly unethical. User agreements are incredibly long and have a lot of legal jargon, expecting people to have that memorized is unrealistic
3. The account was connected to a previously disabled account.
-I do not have any other accounts, if I did it would be an account that I closed myself, not due to violations.
I appealed and was told no and given the same list of possible reasons. So I have no option to restore my account when I did nothing wrong. No one will answer my questions, they just keep sending me the same list of possible reasons. How am I supposed to know which reason it is? And it doesn't really matter if there isn't a way to fix it? This seems really unethical, they are willing to impact a small business with no warnings or answers.
I do not recommend using RedBubble.”
“After opening a store on redbubble and after posting my selfmade designs, redbubble decided to close my store without giving a reason, but they still have my designs on their server ?”
“A completely empty packaged arrived! Said my order has been delivered, which it had! But it was a completely empty parcel with absolutely nothing inside! No way of contacting them, no way of actually speaking to anyway! Avoid!”
“I set up an account and before I could get everything up and running I was made aware that my account had been suspended. The name of my store front was not already used and I had nothing listed for sale to go against site guidelines. I tried to appeal the suspension and was sent another email letting me know that my account was not going to be lifted from the suspension. I am betting that I am not going to get a reason for why and what caused the suspension. I guess if they can't fix their algorithms to prevent this issue they don't need my revenue stream.”
“Item never ever came! They are the very, very worse company to communicate with. I ordered a duvet cover from them early November 2024 and guess what! It's the end of January 2025. I contacted Amex and filed a dispute a month and a half ago. They will reimburse me full amount at the end of January. Do not buy more than a bumper sticker off of this horrible San Francisco internet company......”
“The Jubilee 2025 tote bags I received look terrible. Cheap fabric and the colors are so light and muted, you can’t read the words. I want my money back!!”
“Horribal service as a artist there. extremely low payouts, long wait times til something sells, if it even sells. Not worth the time I invested into the service for the returns. I gave it a year and then get dropped to standard tier, and I decided it was time to leave. Selling my stickers on my own now and doing better than when I had them behind me.”
“Order was gorgeous. Arrived exactly as planned. However, the size was off. I requested an exchange. They sent the new sweatshirt and said I could keep the other one. I am impressed. Will shop there a lot from now on.”
“duct.. I sent several emails and Facebook messages only to be flat out lied to that it would arrive by Redbubble PHONE NUMBER +1 8O5 41O 56OO
Redbubble 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟰𝟭𝗢 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 Christmas, Looking thru tracking I noticed they stated item was shipped and yet it wasn't picked up until 3 days later and on a Friday none the less. I'm very upset at Noone giving att”
“I’ll never order from Redbubble again. Not only did I pay for expedited shipping and it arrived late, but the product I ordered (a baking apron) had dirt on it.”
