Order placed Nov 30 with a delivery given of 9/10 Dec. Message saying item shipped Dec 8 with a revised arrival date of Dec 16 but could be up to Dec 24! No tracking information given. We receive packages daily from other web sites with no more than 3 to 4 days delivery. Do not use this company as they clearly can not be relied upon to meet their committments!
