I placed an order and paid more in expedited shipping then for the item itself. The item is due for delivery tomorrow yet had not even shipped out! Can’t be the delivery company or Covid if you haven’t shipped the item yet! Tried to get help and could not get an email, love chat is a joke as there is no person on the other end, or human on the phone! So after two hours I decided to cancel order! Not even sure if that’s been done! I have gone into the order and attempted to cancel it multiple ways. Their “ articles” are not helpful. Hospital billing departments and insurance companies are more user friendly then this place! I will NEVER order from them again!
