The recent order my husband placed with Redbubble was a total disappointment. This isn't our first bad experience. The last order we placed, they sent the wrong bathmat; they said not to worry about returning it and they would send the correct one. They never did and eventually we were able to get our money back although it was a feat in itself trying to find a way to contact them. The latest order was for some t-shirts. It was a re-order of a t-shirt design I liked but, upon receipt today, the print job was noticeably poor compared to the first shirt I received from them a couple of years ago. The first shirt has been through the wash numerous times but the print job still looks better than the brand new one I just received. The colors are totally flat and wrong compared to what it should be. We will never order anything from Redbubble again. They obviously don't care about print quality or customer retention.
