What went wrong - everything. I ordered a 'T' Shirt for my grandson for Christmas and they took the payment out of my account. I have never received confirmation of order and TEN days later I have still not received my order. They stated delivery would be 7/10 days. I have tried to contact them but cannot get hold of anybody and when you go to check on your order you need the order no. of the confirmation sheet. How the hell do you give them that if you haven't received any kind of confirmation. They were quick enough to take my money out of my account but not to fulfil the order
