I put in my credit card information, it is linked with my bank, and the website said the zip code for my billing information was wrong yet they already put a pending charge for the amount out of my account. How can the zip code be wrong (it wasn't) so they couldn't place the order but they were able to make a charge pending and that is money I can't use until my bank helps me or it falls off on its own.
Chat person was friendly enough but it just feels off to have them be able to charge my card yet say my zip was wrong. I will not be trying again.
