I wish I could give 0 starts for the service that I received. However there was no option of selecting 0. I paid extra money for express shipping hoping to receive the order by March 1st. After several follow ups, they told me that I will be receiving it by March 8. I had a trip planned and needed the things for that. They charged me for express shipping however mailed it via regular. It was frustrating to deal with them as they wouldn't even update me on the status in a timely manner. I made a mistake by shopping via this store as they have poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend shopping with them at all.
