HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
If you want to contact customer service you have to PAY for tech support! My coffee mug arrived in a cheap cardboard box, not a shipping box at all!!! This box was equivalent to one an item would be in on the shelf at the store. My son talked me into using this company, not trusting the judgement of a 15 yr old again. 🙁
