Very frustrating - they never shipped my order, and customer service is useless.
I ordered an item from redbubble, to be delivered in time for a gift exchange / Christmas. They sent a tracking number, but UPS shows they never actually handed the package off to them for shipment.
It’s been over a week since I ordered, and the scheduled delivery date has cone and gone.
After a half dozen emails with customer service, all they’ve done is offer a coupon off my next order (rather than ship me my existing order). Crazy.
