If I could give less than 1 star I would. I urge anyone reading this not to use Redbubble. First, the incorrect address was inserted despite the fact that I correctly stated it when I placed my order. Second, I actually noticed this the next day and well before it was shipped. There is no option to call customer service. Instead they require you to tweet at them or email them through their website. This should have been a red flag already but I persevered and emailed them. I was informed via a clearly automated response that the changes would be made. On to the third problem, my package never arrived and I was informed via their website that my address could not be verified by the postal service and it would be returned to the sender. I then emailed them again where an automated response gave me a new date of delivery citing absolutely nothing in my email or my situation. It was obvious no actual person read my email and understood the package was being sent back to them for THEIR MISTAKE. I angrily emailed them back and was told the product no longer exists (umm how does that make any sense?!) and they would give me a voucher instead of a refund. Obviously I want nothing more to do with this company.
