I ordered a poster. The poster was rolled in tissue paper and packaged in a soft cardboard box. The poster arrived creased everywhere (of course). The image was also very pixelated; basically someone took a smaller image, and just blew it up without adjusting the resolution. I can’t even get my money back. I get a voucher, which I don’t even want since it’s from a company that obviously has no quality control.
