I order a birthday present for my son. I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING to arrive before his birthday. I was to receive the product on the 13th of May per order. I would not have ordered the product from Redbubble if I knew they couldn't deliver the product on time. I contacted customer service and they blamed the 3rd party company. Didn't offer any more information, didn't offer refund of shipping. When I track my order, it still says in Process. I would not recommend using their site to order products. The reason some of the questions are not answered below is because I have NOT received the product.
