Placed order for a tshirt, a simple tshirt, first week of June. Told order was completed June 12, to be received in about 2 weeks. Today is July 8, no sign of shirt and no anticipated delivery date. wrote the ‘artist’ directly, no response. Redbubble chooses to hide behind the Covid pandemic, saying that deliveries are delayed due to the virus, even though my order tracking shows it hasn’t even yet been shipped. This company pivots, deflects, and overtly lies rather than take responsibility for its shortcomings. To do business with them or their ‘artists’ is to be willing to accept whatever they dish out rather than to expect responsible accountability from a reliable business.
