It seems to me that since this global pandemic started, Redbubble has not been doing so well on many levels. I am sure their business is doing fine, but their customer service and delivery time is far from good. I have ordered from them twice, but I am not sure I will again. I have not received my last order yet and my first one was way past the last expected delivery date. It is also annoying that it's hard to contact them when there is something wrong. Their "help center" is B.S! I have tried tracking my order at the help center, but hasn't worked for both orders. I have also seen complaints with the artists. I am pretty disappointed at this company. They could be doing a lot better with it, but it seems that they just don't care.
