Order shipped 7/6. It's 7/22 and still no package. Lots of responses like "shipping is done through a third party..." That's all well and good, but when a shipping company such as UPS Mail Innovations does such an incredibly horrible job and you continue to use them then you have to shoulder the blame too. Unfortunately I have two more Redbubble shipments that are late/missing (shipped via UPS Mail Innovations) but apparently they're not Redbubble's fault/problem either. Large items like prints shipped via FedEx arrive in just 3-4 days. Items shipped via UPS Mail Innovation have yet to arrive. If they will continue to use UPS Mail Innovations for all smaller items then I'm done with Redbubble. Period.
