I wrote a very critical review of Redbubble, particuarly regarding the lack of information on the progress of my order. In the interests of accuracy I'd like to say that my order was finally delivered and was of good quality. I remain disappointed by the failure of the order tracking system to tell me anything other than "Ooops, we can't find your order" until suddenly after four weeks the order was shipped. Use Redbubble if you're willing to wait in limbo until the goods arrive.
