I booked a car through the rentalcars.com biggest mistake ever when i got dusseldorf Germany airport the sixt car hire company told me the haven't received any money from the rentalcars.com it's not been paid even the supervisor showed me online there's no booking but the rentalcars.com took money out of my account now they are trying to blame me as a customer for their own stupid mistakes failing to send money and the booking information to the rental company sixt i got told if i want a car i have to pay over €500 i will not give up until i get every single penny this rentalcars.com company shouldn't be allowed do any business because this company rubbing customer's in broad daylight and think they can get away with it. Ive emailed requesting a full refund but they said i should of cancelled my car and the cancellation fee is the money i paid for the car?! They stole my money, made me 2 hours late for brothers wedding then had to go rent another car and enterprise car rental so more expense paid out.
Somebody should stop this company as they are scammers and just steal money.
