3 hour wait at San Jose Airport due to Dollar Rental having no cars. Dollar stated it is due to RentalCars.com overbooked without checking inventory.
Tried to speak to a Rentalcars.com manager or supervisor but no one came to the phone. Stated it is their policy not to have them speak on the phone.
Asked how to file a complaint, stated I had to wait until the rental was completed. There is no way to submit a complaint immediately.
Gave no compensation for the 3 hour delay.
I will never use Rentalcars.com again or Priceline.com which according to Dollar is the same.
