Rented a car almost a month ago. I canceled 2 weeks later, however the company tried to keep my money. I was on the phone with them for almost 2 hours. They sent me an email stating they are refunding my full balance, however they kept $50. My reservation states they will keep $50 if you cancel 24 hours or a no show. I first canceled on the 12th of March which I didn't receive a cancelation email. I called and canceled with a 50 shortage. I will get my money returned going through my credit card company. I will research the BBB and turned them in as a complaint.
