Must still pay for a car I booked through RentalCars.com despite being denied access to it. I phoned the rental car company when we landed as instructed and they said they would send the shuttle. Without telling me, they never sent the shuttle and went home for the night. I had to rent a second car. I tried to work with rental cars.com customer service. But they said I have to pay for it anyway because I didn't call them that night.
