Book automatic car few days before holiday, when I come to pick up it just before go out next morning, I have been told that they don't have it for me. Scamers!
They used the company Europcar to provide the car for me and Rentalcars forget to put in ordering documents that should be an automatic. They completely don't car about customers.
Only the Europcar try to help me in that situation and they did.
