Hired a fiat 500x in Italy over a month before holiday.
Scilicybycar did not have a fiat for my got charged extra for a seat & got told my Fully comp insurance wass not valid. Asked for money to be refunded for not having what I paid for. They said no as paper work said no even though Josh said they would refund me on a phone call from Italy when I reported the trouble.
