Am now waited for 1 year for my refund (over 500 GBP) and an explanation why they refused my card as guarantee.
How is this firm still operating? Biggest rip-off ever. The reviews that give this firm 5 stars are all employees of Rentalcars. Rentalcars.com is a big con. Don't fall for it. Go somewhere else and protect your money
