Terrible customer care! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Booked a car on ryanair website. When i got to rental desk, they were closed, and when i called helpdesk, they didnt want to help, and said i would have to pay a cancellation fee for not collecting car!!!
I was left stranded at Toulouse airport at 11pm on a sunday night, and yet still 12 days later they havent apologised, or offered to reimburse my expenses in having to arrange another vehicle.
Total **** outfit. Having to take them to small claims court
