This is a follow up from my last review.. After several phone calls to customer service we finally got someone who actually helped us, the lady in question is named Aly, and works at the Crewe customer service centre. We can’t thank her enough for how she took time to sort the problem out, and she even gave us a call when she finished work to ask if we had received our TV..
We eventually received our Smart TV, 5 days late, but at least it arrived!!
I would not use Robert Dyas again.
