This is a follow up from my previous review, I’d like to thank a very helpful lady named Aly from Crewe customer services, after we experienced a stressful time chasing up a Smart TV we ordered, which didn’t arrive, Aly was very helpful, she kept in touch with us, chased the order, we eventually received our TV albeit 4 days late!! I still would not recommend buying anything from Robert Dyas, but credit where it is due, Aly was a great help in sorting the problem out..
