Goods supposed to be delivered by 31st March, still waiting, order tracking useless, no response from customer service via email, no response on chat, cannot find a customer service number to call. Appears goods are coming from a third party when I received the order confirmation which was not clear when I placed the order. Very poor, and I will be chasing a refund of my £259.99
