Ordered a clothes Airer. Not delivered. Replacement sent as Tuffnells had damaged the first apparently. Replacement not delivered yet Tuffnells told Tobert Dyas it had been. Refund accepted. Robert Dyas Customer service was actually GREAT. The let down is their delivery partner TUFFNELLS.
