Ordered garden bench to ne delivered on set day - took day off work, waited in all day and no bench. Had to cancel order as i work and cannot have item delivered when company feels like it ( parcelforce tried unsuccesfully to deliver it the following day and again 2 days later - which is why I paid extra for set day delivery.
Nightmare trying to get a refund - have been told on several occasions this will be in my account within 3 days.
13 days later they still have £147 of my heard earned money. Tried their Chat facility again today - was told complaints are dealt with by head office and the Chat operators have no communication with them! Appalling system and service.
