Bought a 2 seater sofa from here which has barely been used in the 2 years I have had it as it is a guest sofa. One of the legs has completely snapped off, I've been in touch with Robert Dyas to request either a new leg, a refund or replacement and they have said they have no responsibility after 12 months for damages or faulty goods.
Clearly this low quality, faulty furniture is not built to last more than 12 months and you will not receive any assistance when it inevitably breaks. I would not recommend Robert Dyas at all.
