I have used Robert Dyas twice now and will never again. In the first experience, I was sent a toy robot for my son which didn’t work. I returned and after multiple phone calls was sent a replacement, which actually turned out to be the same robot as the first time. My latest experience was the purchase of a lawnmower, delivery was supposed to be yesterday so I took the day off especially costing me £200 in wages, but it never arrived. Not only that, it doesn’t yet even seem to have been dispatched judging by email communications (or the lack of). I have contacted RD to see what’s going on. They are “chasing it up” but I’m not holding out much hope… Poor poor service. Avoid like the plague.
