Made an in store purchase of a smoke detector, which upon closer examination at home was far more sophisticated than I required.
A few days later I went back to the store and chose a simpler version.
The assistant was both friendly and polite and made the exchange and a refund very happily, without a quibble. I have used RD stores on many occasions and always found their range of items extensive and the service excellent.
