I purchased a solar water feature, i was quite impressed with how quick it was going to be delivered but i shouldnt have been as we waited in all day , tracked it said before 6pm but when it hadnt turned up by then i tracked it again and it had gone back to depot presumably had had enough and took it back to depot. Then it said it would deliver the next day before 6pm. like we have no lives and can just stay in all day instead of working etc. Anyway it eventually turned up and looked ok. but then i realised that the grooves for water to cascade down to next level , didnt even reach the grooves (this was south facing garden in 26 degrees of solid sunshine) i made every attempt to find someone to talk to, went round in circles with online chat which is rubbish. eventually emailed someone and got the usual we will get back to you . eventually i said i wanted to return the item and they told us they would collect on 8th june , then they changed it to the 9th june and we are still sitting here waiting for the collection. obviously we cant be sure they wont change it again. there is no one to call, no one to speak to that is real, all you get is a non committal email and even that they have 72 hours to answer. would never buy from them again ever. just dont bother
