I ordered a microwave in April during the lockdown. Website was not working properly therefore I appeared to have ordered it twice. Had 1 delivered and then the next day another delivered. I immediately emailed them explaining the situation and after numerous emails and 5 months later I have no joy.
Can’t find an address so I can write and complain. Keeps telling me to email!
I will never ever Purchase from the company again and will never recommend either.
In the meantime I continue to get my money back
