Are they legit ? I tried to buy a gift certificate on line. They wanted my credit card and drivers license to be scanned and sent to them- OR- They could not submit my order ! So...I never sent them this personal information- HOWEVER- THEY CHARGED MY ANYWAYS and I have been unable to get a refund or even a response from them ???
