They have a very very poor customer service. They do not care about their customers, they are just there to collect your money. When you for a refund it now ages for them to respond

Used Shein for a while, however this last order was held up on china for 3 weeks. It had not moved for over 15 days and Shein ignored all my request for a refund. They shipped all the Xmas presents after Xmas despite me telling them repeatedly that I no longer wanted the order as it had missed the delivery window by 2 weeks. They are still holding my money ransom for an unwanted parcel - that they refused to cancel and the courier has thrown over my gate whilst I am out of the country for 3 months!!!!

Ordered on 11th Dec and has been with courier since 23rd Dec. Courier has now said parcel has been misplaced. Iv forwarded this to Shein and still no further on with this. Won't cancel my order and won't refund. Do not recommend ordering from Shein

I have been a customer for a long time. For some reason an address for an order I place was changed in their system. I reached out to them to let them know of this and they told me there was nothing they could do. Actually, they were quite rude. They gave me a number to call which was disconnected to find the package. So just remember if you don’t get something that you ordered from them you’re just out the money.

Ordered for total of £15, by the last minute I canceled the order, I asked for a refund and it's been days since then but no refund. Can't you believe that? It's like I gave away £15 for nothing.

Ordered weeks ago and was only shipped two dates ago date for delivery was 23rd December now 27th estimated not good enough this was Christmas presents never again avoid people

My whole order. Said it'd be Here before Christmas dec 13 actually and here we are couple days before Christmas and still got nothing. If I knew this happened alot to peoplevid never ordered from here. If you want to order from them make sure to order 3-6 months before you need the product

Order was delivered by their shipping company but they kept it in the street with public access and was stolen before I got to it. Shein isn’t taking any responsibility. Customer service sucks. Never buying again.

I am Highly dissatisfied. There was no rules breaking. All guidelines and rules were followed. There was no cheating or unlikely behavior. You guys terminated me from the game because I was close to finishing fairly. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will no longer like to continue using the shein app. I will like to delete my account. It’s not right that I was wrongfully terminated and I feel like I was discriminated. There’s no proof that it was ANY abnormal behaviors. I have only 1 phone. I have only 1 account. There’s only 1 person, (which is me) that has access to the game. The game was played everyday consistently and played the correct way daily. I will be giving this app a Bad & Truthful review. I was given not one help by support. If this is how you guys run your business then I will no longer be using this app and no longer ordering and making purchases here. I was wrongfully terminated with no proof, no evidence, no reasonable or explanation behind me. There was no plugs in or engaging in cheating behavior. I was discriminated and wrongfully terminated. I will be giving a review and bad rating for this Horrible and Terrible service.

If I can get no stars I would. The carrier SpeedX they are using are bad. I left specific instructions to call to gain access to my gated community. They tried to deliver my package 3 times all without call me. I still have not received my order. Also I ordered something that was shipped to an entirely different city and state I live in. After reporting this error to SHEIN that my order was not delivered to my address I received an email stating it had been delivered. SHEIN tracking information clearly shows an entire different address and state. I have ordered in the past but my recent order from SHEIN is just been a hassle. I will not order again in life!!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service that does not value their customers . They sent me a damaged item and when I reached out to customer service they told me I needed to return it to them so they can make verifications and then they’ll be able to refund me. Mind you the item is a 1$ cheap flower. I have never had any issues returning things that didn’t fit me or I just didn’t like but cmon all that for a 1$ item (that they sent to me damaged which is their fault!!!) thats cheap. It isn’t even about the money it is about the principle you send a damaged item you fix the issue. Especially now that Canada Post is on strike they dont even take any packages and im not going to wait I dont know how long for a 1$ refund which I told them and they didn’t seem to care they said the only way that I can get refund is if I send the item back. Even if I do send it back to them, then what? They’ll probably throw it away so why make things more complicated.I would 100% understand if it was a pricey item and once again I never had any problems returning the items back if they didn’t fit but this is ridiculous. I have ordered with them for years and the way they treat customers is disgusting and unacceptable. They don’t even care about making their customers happy or finding a good solution. The customer service agent kept giving me answers that weren’t even about my request and it felt like I was talking to a robot without any compassion. Anyways it is the last time I order from a cheap and disgusting company that doesn’t value and treat their customers right.

They sent me my package 5days early with no warning that it was on it's way. So I wasn't looking out for it. And ultimately someone STOLE my package that was left outside my front door. They have NO number for customer service only live chat. Once I got on live chat and explained to them my package shows delivered but I did NOT received it they told my there is NOTHING they can do because it shows it was delivered. So no refund or not even at least send me back the items. So now I'm out over $150 dollars worth of Christmas gifts that were for my KIDS. I will NEVER order from them again. What a horrible first time buyer experience I've had with Shein. Be careful with this company. They clearly do NOT care about customer satisfaction. Horrible service.

For such an expensive item, this level of service is unacceptable, and the promised zero-rate assurance feels unworthy of trust. I’ve registered multiple tickets regarding this issue, but your team has repeatedly closed them without resolution, even though it’s clear from the investigation that I never received the package. I will never order from you again! Your service lacks any cooperation or support. I will make sure to inform my friends and colleagues about this issue. I ordered two pictures that were represented as framed canvases in the pictures on the site. When I received them, they were rolled up in a tube and only flat prints. I returned them on Nov. 5th and followed return directions. The tube was returned to me on the 15th with no explanation. It is impossible to reach customer service to get help. I am stuck with $55.30 worth of posters and not framed canvases. I will NEVER order from Shein again.

I never received my items speedex delivery service took my package pretending to delivery it and shein will not reship or refund. The customer service department is horrible they do not care about you or your experience it's about the money. You live and u learned. I will never shop there again.
