Like flushing cash down the toilet. I ordered a small print from Shein months ago. I received an empty package in my mailbox that was gaping open and the delivery company had put a “damaged” sticker on it. I used a 3rd party company (designated by Shein) to open a case with Shein immediately. I just wanted either a replacement or refund for the print but I’ve had no response from Shein at all.
