I purchased from the website on 2 of Dec and still didn't receive my package (11/01). The delivery company did a mistake and returned my item, Now neither Shein nor the delivery company are answering my mails. I am so frustrated and I will not buy anything from it again. I just want a refund or somehow to receive the package.
you have the worst costumer service ever!!! this automatic answering machine that you got in your website is annoying and is not helpful, and getting information in how to contact you is impossible! and even after that you do not respond!
