I had to go through a refund and reshipment when my order was sent to the incorrect address and was never returned. I got the refund within 5 days but the real issue arose with the reshipment. I have been going through a 3 week long back and forth email conversation with customer service and I still don’t have any packages in my box as yet. The process is tedious and really just down right the worst thing you as a producer could put your consumers through. I should’ve just gotten a refund for everything
