I ordered 2 mascaras, opened one and didn't like it. It was clumpy, the wand is so short that it is difficult to use, and trying to return something is impossible. The return site just sends you around in circles saying makeup can't be returned. The button for Live Chat doesn't do anything. What a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
