I honestly don’t understand bad reviews. It must be scam or competition. I ordered from shein many times. Awesome quality for the price. I always got my order under two weeks. The refunds/ return is easy and free if it’s under a certain weight and if its the first time for the order. By example Let say you order 3 times, for each order it’s free for one return under a certain weight. I returned items from one order and got my money back(choice of credit card or shein wallet) under one week. Also one time a belt was missing of a dress and they offered me to refund me half the cost of the dress or to exchange my dress. And through my the short process (24 hours), the person I was talking with by email was really kind and respectful.
