It is my first order from Shein and it would be my last time! They are really disappointed me. Before purchasing their return policy said we can return all our purchases but now when I want to return them they say: Sorry this order is not eligible for returns How is it possible! The return label even sent to me but the return label was not working and when I followed up, they said sorry this order is not eligible for returns. It is like cheating. I am really angry and dissatisfied with their service. Their material is very cheap and very bad shape. I hate all of my purchases and I never recommend anyone to buy from this site.
