rustrating customer service
I returned some items totalling over $100, and unfortunately they put the credit into a shein wallet (credit) Seriously, not cool.
I had ordered more items while waiting for the return and even though I got a notification stating it had been delivered, I have not received. I’ve done everything to try to find it but obviously it was not delivered!
Top it all off, there isnt anyway to contact them, everything it an auto response online, which isn't helpful.
Won't be ordering from them again... unless I have to use my credit :(
