Their customer service is EXTREMELY POOR. It's been about a week now and no response to my query. I tried opening another ticket but their app won't let me. I tried contacting them in Instagram on their main page and she glam account but nothing. Just IGNORING THE HELL OUT OF MY CONCERNS!!!!!!!
