I ordered a dress for my girlfriend, and it was supposed to arrive in 1 week. It arrived in the country 3 days after I should have had it, but then disappeared. I have never heard from them, and the tracking company just said it's in the country. I tried contacting Shein, but I could only speak to chat bots.
