I made 9 orders with Shein over the past 4 months and spent around 600 CAD dollars. Overall, I'm happy with their "Plus Curve" line. I noticed a lot of reviews are saying the clothes are too small. Each item has a sizing chart, so you need to order based on the sizing chart. For example, my bust is 126cm (around 48 inches). Most of the time, I order 4XL at Shein which is listed as a bust around 135cm. In North American sizing, I fit into 2x or 3x, US size 22 and UK size 26. It's also possible that you could be a large in North American sizes but be plus size at Shein. For example the 0XL in the plus curve section has a bust roughly around 110cm. I need to stress that every single item of clothing has its own sizing chart. The 135cm number I mention above for 4x is commonly the bust measurement. However, the bust measurment can be higher or lower in some cases. Out of my 9 orders, they made a mistake with one of my orders where they sent the wrong item. All I did was go online and use the automated system which asked for a picture of the wrong item. Then it connected me to a person who said they would resend the right item. The entire process took about 5 minutes. All 8 other orders were perfect. The fastest I have received an order is within 10 days. The longest I've waited is 3 weeks. Most often it is 14 days (2 weeks). The reason why I only gave 4 stars out of 5 is because the site can be hit or miss. I've had a lot of success using the size charts and reviews for each item (especially the reviews with pics of people about my size wearing the clothes on their site). Out of the 41 items I ordered, I was only unhappy with 2. So around 95% happy. Lol. Good luck
