Parcel sent from Belgium with a wrong address (correct address provided - many other cases like this online with complains from customers), returned by the courier to the sender as the address was incorrect. I never saw the parcel or the refund for the parcel I never received!
There is no way of reaching anybody at Shein. Messages sent through online account with no respond from Shein.
Do not buy - it's simply a scam.
I will never buy again from similar shops online.
