My first time using Shein has been a disaster and I am highly disappointed.
My package was scheduled to arrive between 15 and 20th July but was incorrectly sent to Mauritius and has been there for over a month with no action from Shein or the courier Aramex. I have communicated with Aramex support on numerous occasions and they have been of absolutely no assistance in retrieving my package.
I am so disappointed. I'd been looking forward to receiving my parcel and its turned into a horrible experience with no assistance whatsoever.
If I could give a '0' rating I would. So so disappointed.
