Have placed £1500 worth of orders over the last 3-4 months. Quite a few of these were express orders which arrived 1-2 WEEKS later than the date given.
I let this slide on the first few orders that were late but the last order I placed was over a week late meaning I didn't have the items for the date I needed them for.
I contacted Shein to ask for a refund of the £12 express delivery or for it to be credited to my Shein wallet as they didn't provide the service I paid extra for.
They have refused based on the fact they have to pay for delivery whether it is late or not.
So they are willing to lose a customer that has spent over £1500 with them since February this year over the sake of £12.
